PEOPLE’S MEMORIAL only contracts with locally-owned independent businesses that have an established track record of providing quality, caring services to families. Because of the size of our membership, PEOPLE’S MEMORIAL is able to negotiate special discounted prices for our members at funeral homes, cemeteries and monument company. These Providers must agree to provide PEOPLE’S MEMORIAL discounted pricing for our members as well as guarantee no sales pressure. We interview each provider as well as checking their history and reputation before bringing them on as a Select PEOPLE’S MEMORIAL Provider. All Providers must pledge to abide by our Code of Conduct. We also perform ongoing quality control by carefully reviewing each sales statement as well as the satisfaction surveys completed by families who have been served. On the rare occasion that one of our members has a problem with a provider, PEOPLE’S MEMORIAL staff will work with the family and provider to assure that the situation is resolved fairly.
